The Garmin Nuvi 250W is the wide-screen version of the Nüvi 250 model, featuring a 4.3 inch touch screen for a bigger display, clearer directions and detailed maps. The anti-glare screen makes for easy reading in sunlight and step-by-step voice instructions will get you to your destination while you keep your eyes on the road. Garmin's Lock theft prevention can disable the Nuvi 250W until the correct PIN is entered.

With street maps of 33 European countries (eastern & western Europe), simply enter the postcode or town you're traveling to and let the Garmin Nüvi 250W calculate your journey and display your itinerary. What’s more there are over 1 million pre-loaded points of interest (POI), including fuel stations, parking, ATMs, restaurants, hotels, tourist sites and more, helping you organise your next trip, with the ability to add your own POI that you find.

The Garmin Nuvi 250W features a comprehensive speed camera database which can be updated daily for the most accurate information. You’ll be alerted to approaching safety cameras keeping you within the speed limits.

"Worse than useless. Sometimes takes hours to locate signals making it completely redundant. Have tried it all over UK and France and had the same problem. Halfords informed that this was normal and Garmin refused to acccept anything was wrong, effectively also admitting that this was normal. TomTom from now on, will never buy another Garmin." Rated:
