With a focus on safety and even easier navigation, the TomTom GO 520 has been designed to provide exactly that, plus a whole host of other advanced features. A 4.3" widescreen improves your view of where you are and makes selecting options using the touch display simpler and quicker, and with the day or night light sensor the screen brightness automatically adjusts for a clearer view at all times.

Voice recognition enables you to speak your destination instead of typing it in and the text-to-speech ability means that your Tom Tom 520 can read out street names, SMS text messages and traffic information. The visual and audio instructions are loud and clear allowing you to focus on the road ahead. There is also an onboard MP3 Player and FM transmitter for playing your digital music or the voice directions over your car audio system.

The TomTom GO 520 comes with road maps of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland, along with TomTom's Map Share technology enabling you to personalise your maps instantly by adding and updating them. These changes can then be automatically shared among other Tom-Tom user community making them more accurate and up-to-date.

Note: the only difference between the TomTom GO 520 and the TomTom GO 720 are the maps that are included.
